On 30 May we visited PB Tech in Petone and received fantastic service from Hieu Nguyen at the service repair desk. Unfortunately, our daughter's laptop had fallen off the bench while charging and the tip of the charger was lodged inside the charging...view more On 30 May we visited PB Tech in Petone and received fantastic service from Hieu Nguyen at the service repair desk. Unfortunately, our daughter's laptop had fallen off the bench while charging and the tip of the charger was lodged inside the charging port. Initially we thought we would have to purchase a new laptop as the cost to repair wouldn't be worth it. Hieu took his time and managed to dislodge the stuck piece. He then got us a new charger and tested that the port was still working correctly before we left. We can't express how grateful we were for his time and efforts.

I had seen online reg a niche item-security key. I had phoned up PB Tech Petone, although they had advised they have the item they had asked me to figure it out how to use it. I had an important email that was coming up and wanted to secure my email. I went to PB Tech Petone, My stress levels were high that I was wondering if I would be left with not having the intended use of it after buying it. Hugh , the sales representative helped me in finding the product that I had asked for, assisted bountifully to get it installed too. It felt Hugh to be a blessing. I had purchased many items (w/o using this account from store) since then and I'm sure Hugh will have a thriving career.
