It successfully runs my monitor at 2560x1440, however occasionally when the monitors come out of standby it can sometimes result in either an invalid signal or occasional glitches in the image (horizontal lines). Turning off the monitor and back on or changing to another input and back seems to resolve it, so not a big deal but worth knowing about. I have an older 144hz monitor, an ASUS VG278HE that ONLY supports 144hz over dual-link DVI, and a newer video card that ONLY has HDMI and DP. I picked up this active adapter for the advertised 1920x1080@144hz. To get this to work with my monitor I had to mess around with my display settings a lot and eventually override HDCP Support in Radeon Software. Having to override safety protocols isn't ideal, and once every minute or so, the display flickers to a gray or black screen for a fraction of a second, which is annoying but I'm willing to deal with it for the 144hz.
