Great product, mine didn't pair initially particularly well - so if you're having this issue try either removing it from the app, turning on/off Bluetooth and not using the smart install, instead click on the product and sub category. Great once going. I like the feature where it measures the power usage. It only shows the instantaneous power draw. Would be better if the associated software could plot/trend the historically sampled power usage. Will it do fancy HomeKit integrations? No.
the energy features and schedules are done from the app, so they’ll only work if they’re on the same network. You can’t go setting up an IOT wifi network and have those features Turns on/off with an app - yep!

Very simple I loaded the app on my iPhone installed update the firmware scheduled running sit and forget great product. What I really like, monitoring output of kilowatts, I can schedule different timeframes, to reduce my costly power bill.
