These earbuds are a good, comfortable size and have no connection problems. I’ve had them for a month now and have had no problems. Great value for product. It was fine for couple of months and then getting worse and worse, it's not even 1 year yet.
Scratchy sounds, on and off repeatedly so annoying!

I bought these for the gym but have used them for calls, music and learning at home too. Absolutely love them and not having to plug-in-charge all the time is a total bonus! Totally disappointed that I fell for these half-baked pieces of e-junk. Bluetooth connection is patchy, they produce irritating scratchy noise when connected but no audio is playing, they have pathetic mid-range and generally sound flat, the volume increments are way too wide. Lots of cons but the worst is possibly that they default to full volume each time they're connected - so look forward to a blasting if you forget to decrease volume before playing audio! Haven't used for phone calls but can't expect they'll be much good there. Fairly good ear fit but that doesn't make up for sounding so poor. Purchasing this gave me the expectation that the quality would be somewhat better than its cheaper competitors and definetly not worse. After recieving and trying it I found the sound quality terrible, with the mids and treble sounding very tiny like it was constantly peaking, making it unbearable to listen to some music. I returned this product in hopes it was just faulty but after they sent me replacement it was no better. Maybe the new one is faulty as well, but id recommend you save yourself the money and trouble and get a cheaper one. Case is cheap plastic however does have nice magnets and fits well. They were all good, sound quality was pretty good. Unfortunately they didn’t last me very long - I’d say about 6 months. The left earphone is now playing very quietly, I can barely hear it though the right earphone is okay. And, connection is not great - can’t even have my phone like a meter away when I’m at the gym. Can't fault these ear buds from one of my favourite tech brands. Give them a good charge up before using.

wireless charging of the case is nice, pairing worked well, the fit in the ear is good.
however sound quality is mediocre - simply too quiet. almost useless on buses and trains. this is compared with my previous cheap xiaomi buds that I lost, and the oneplus buds i've bought to replace these wireless charging of the case is nice, pairing worked well, the fit in the ear is good.
