This isn't a rigid case so won't protect from a strong crushing force but it's just the job when you want to throw the switch into a bag to take it out. We were looking for a case for my 9 year old sons Nintendo to ensure it remains free from damage when carrying it around. This is great because it has space for all the ‘main’ requirements and is a safe space to store it. The case is nice with plush padding inside, but the screen protector is cheap plastic foil that's hard to apply flawlessly at the edges. At least it doesn't distort the image, so it's better than nothing. It's cool that it matches the black and white switch.
