After the software is installed in the backend, it may take a few minutes to load the screen for the very first time. After that, it will immediately connect to the screens.
If you have issues connecting the screen, just restart your workstation.

Just plus your HDMI cables and connect the adapter to your laptop (I have a Lenovo), wait few seconds and it will run itself. Looked long and hard to find good quality dual screen solutions; out of all the confusion with screen resolutions and adapter issues. Got hold of this and voila; i was all set.
